GM Développement Inc. is a company based in the Nouvo St-Roch in Québec.  It is very active in real estate development as an owner, promoter and manager.

The company was founded in 1992 and its activities are for the most part located in the region of Québec but also in Montréal.  It owns more than 1 000 000 square feet of real estate space as well as 140 residential units.  It is recognized for its vision, the quality of its projects and the major role it plays in the revitalization of the St-Roch Neighbourhood in Québec, creating a place where retailers, residents and office employees come together in a unique atmosphere.
